How do I buy a gun online

Buying a gun online is easy! Just follow these steps at checkout to have it shipped to us. When it arrives we’ll contact you to schedule your transfer.

  1. Buy your firearm from an online retailer.
  2. Select Unfair Advantage Tactical at checkout. Many online retailers already have a copy of our license on file. If they don’t, contact us to send a copy to them. This can be easily accomplished by forwarding your order confirmation email to sales@unfairadvantagetactical.com. When you forward that email to us, please indicate that you would like us to send our FFL to the retailer you purchased the firearm from.
  3. Firearm is shipped by online retailer to Unfair Advantage Tactical.
  4. We’ll receive your firearm and contact you to schedule your transfer. All appointments are scheduled on our website. We usually contact clients the same day or day after a firearm is received.
  5. Complete transfer paperwork and background check. Go home with your new firearm.

How do I ship a firearm?

All firearms must be shipped to and picked up from a Federal Firearms License Holder (FFL). Just drop off your gun and let us know where it needs to go, we’ll handle the logistics. What’s your return & refund policy?

All sales are final on completion of a transaction.

Pre orders: Cash payments are eligible for full refund. If the firearm has been ordered there will be a 25% restocking fee imposed.

Customized orders: Once an item has been customized they are nonrefundable. If you contact us prior to customization, we will make every effort to refund your order in accordance with the other provisions of our refund policy.


Firearm Storage Fees

For firearms that are not transferred and picked up in a timely manner, a storage fee may be assessed. Our goal is to get your gun into your hands, quickly and legally; not charge you extra fees for storage. We ask that you keep open communication with us regarding your transfer and pick up of your property. We are happy to hold your firearm for you provided we are informed of your plans, usually there is no need to charge a storage fee. If we do not receive communication, a storage fee of $60 per month will be assessed. This fee will be prorated to $2 per day. Firearm storage fees may be incurred after one month with no communication.

Background Check Denials

If your background check is denied you will be provided a background check challenge form to find out why you were denied. We are happy to help you through this process. Unfortunately you will not be able to take home your firearm if you are denied. If we received your firearm for transfer we require that you keep open communication with us while your denial challenge is ongoing. If regular updates are not provided you may be charged a storage fee.
